Mythical Dean
While in Kanchanaburi we stayed at the Serene Residence Hotel. This hotel is a typical “Thai” hotel generally for Thai people, which means it offers a nice clean room with basic necessities for a low price ($25 per night). They also offered a basic breakfast with Thai Rice Soup, Chicken Sausage, Fried Eggs, Toast, cereals and fresh fruit.
This is a fairly new hotel (built in last couple years) and is conveniently located near the downtown area (walking distance).
